      Check Order Download Status

      A Step-by-Step Guide to Checking Your Fans' Download Status

      In this guide, we outline the steps to export your shop orders, allowing you to confirm the download status of each order.

      Steps

      1. Log into your Single account.
      2. Go to the Orders page from the left sidebar.
      3. Find and click on Export Order Data. This will prompt the system to email you the order data export as a CSV file.
      4. Open the received CSV file and find the column labeled "Redeemed". This column shows whether or not a fan has downloaded their order.
