Edit your notification emails with full HTML control
Single sends notification emails when customers purchase products or sign up for memberships. While basic customization is available to all users, Gold subscribers can edit the full HTML of these emails for complete control over design and content.
Tip: Editing HTML templates requires some technical knowledge. If you're not comfortable with HTML, it's best to stick with the default templates or seek assistance from someone with web development experience.
Prerequisites
- A Gold subscription in Single
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Access to your Single account
Accessing the HTML Editor
- Log into your Single account
- Navigate to Settings > Notifications from the left sidebar
- Find the "Customize Email HTML" section
- Click the edit icon for the desired template
Available Email Templates
You can customize HTML for the following email types:
- Digital Fulfillment (release, rental, etc)
- Membership Sign Up
- Membership Renewal Failure
- Membership Change
- Community Post Notification
Additional Options
- Editing outside Single:
- Click the Copy icon
- Paste into an editor of your choice
- Make your adjustments
- Paste back into Single's HTML editor
- Reverting to original HTML:
- Click the Edit Icon (pen)
- Click the Reset button in the editor
Tip: Always test your changes using the Test Email Delivery section before finalizing.
