Validate your Domain

To ensure seamless delivery of emails on your behalf, please verify your domain by setting up DNS records. By adding these, you'll enable us to send emails from your domain with enhanced deliverability and security.

What is DNS?

DNS (Domain Name System) is the system used to translate human-friendly domain names like "www.example.com" into an IP address that computers use to identify each other on the network. Think of it as the phone book for the internet, where the domain name is matched with the corresponding IP address. When you want to send emails from a specific domain, validating your DNS settings ensures that the emails are sent from a recognized server, improving both deliverability and security.

Steps to Validate Your Domain

  1. Log in to your domain's DNS hosting provider.
  2. Navigate to the DNS management section.
  3. Add the displayed DNS records.
  4. Click Validate.

Note: This process can take a few minutes to complete. If you click validate and still see an X in the status column, wait a few minutes and click validate again.

Troubleshooting Domain Validation

If you encounter issues during the validation process, here are common problems and solutions:

  1. Invalid DNS Records: Double-check the DNS records you've entered to ensure they match exactly what's required.

  2. Propagation Delays: DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours to propagate across the internet. If your records are not validating, it might be due to a delay in propagation. Waiting a bit longer may resolve the issue.

  3. Provider-Specific Settings: Some DNS providers may have unique requirements or settings. Consult your provider's documentation or support if you encounter difficulties.

  4. Contact Support: If all else fails, don't hesitate to reach out our support team.
