      How to download a detailed CSV of all your members

      Keep track of your growing community by exporting your member list. This handy CSV file gives you a bird's-eye view of your membership, perfect for analysis or outreach.

      Step by step

        • Log in to your Single account
        • Navigate to the Members section
        • Click the "Export" button
        • Confirm the export to email

        The exported file includes:

        • Email
        • Name
        • Membership & tier
        • Subscription terms
        • Renewal date
        • Status
        • Location

        Note: Single adds tags like 'Membership Name' and 'Tier Name' to Shopify customer profiles. This makes it easy to search, filter, and export your Shopify customer list based on membership details.
