Get an Overview of Video Performance

The Manage On Demand Video page in Single gives you a high-level summaries of how your videos are performing on Shopify. The key metrics cards shows your total watch time, total hours uploaded, unique views, and total views for VOD content in Single, which are updated every 12 hours. 

1. Log in to your Single account.
2. From the left sidebar, select Video > On Demand.
   1. This will redirect you to your Manage On Demand Video page, where you can view the overall performance of your videos.
   2. To check the performance of individual videos, select a specific video.

Terms & Definitions

• Total watch time: The total amount of time viewers have spent watching your on demand video(s).
• Total hours uploaded: The total length of all the on demand video(s).
• Unique views: The number of individual people who have watched your on demand video(s).
• Total views: The total number of times your on demand video(s) have been watched, including repeat views by the same person.
