      Shopify store configuration requirements

      Before running a livestream in your Shopify store, make sure you've done these two things:

       

      1. Enable Classic Customer Accounts - link here: 
      • https://admin.shopify.com/store/[your Shopify domain]/settings/customer_accounts
      • NOTE: in these settings, make sure you've chosen "Classic customer accounts" -- NOT "New Customer Accounts" 
      2. Turn 'captcha for logins' off - in Shopify - link here:
