Quick Guide to Adding & Managing Shopify Products to Promote in Your Livestream
When you set up a livestream, your Shopify products automatically link to your Single account, allowing you to promote any number of products during your broadcast.
Note: Before starting, make sure you've already created products for your Shopify store. If you haven't, check out these Shopify support articles on creating products and collections:
Adding Promoted Products
- Log in to your Single account.
- From the left sidebar, go to Videos > Livestreams.
- Select the livestream you want to add promoted products to.
- Click "Promoted Products".
- Search for specific products by title, or as collections. You can mix and match up to 50 individual products and product collections.
- Click "Save" when you're done setting up your promoted products.
Managing Promoted Products
- Log in to your Single account.
- From the left sidebar, go to Videos > Livestreams.
- Select the livestream where you want to manage promoted products.
- Click "Info" and then you can do a couple of things:
- Archive (remove) or restore promoted products.
- Change the order of your products in your livestream, using the arrows next to each product to move them into the desired position.
