You can track key metrics in Single to monitor the health and growth of your membership program.
Key membership metrics
| Active Members | The number of members with an active paid membership each month. This metric shows the overall size and health of your program over time. |
| Engaged Members | The number of members claiming benefits or perks each month. This reveals who is actively participating beyond just subscribing. |
| Monthly Revenue | Total revenue from membership fees each month. Fluctuations in this metric demonstrate your program's financial performance. |
| Monthly Gated Revenue | Revenue generated from gated product purchases each month. This indicates the value members place on exclusive perks they can buy. |
Things to note:
- For multi-month memberships paid upfront, Single divides the total revenue by the term length to calculate the monthly revenue.
- Membership metrics update every 10-20 minutes in Single.
Accessing your metrics
To view metrics:
- Log in to your Single account.
- Select Memberships from the left sidebar menu.
- Select the program you'd like to review the metrics for.
