      When selling NFTs on Shopify, it's important to create an engaging product page that not only explains the purchasing process but also addresses common customer questions.

      Adding an Overview of the Purchasing Process

      To guide customers through the purchasing process, simply copy and paste the following template onto your product page:

      1. Purchase your NFT, just like any other product in your store.
      2. Receive an email with your NFT claim notification.
      3. Claim your NFT using the instructions provided.
      4. Connect your digital wallet compatible with Solana and transfer your NFT to your wallet.
      5. Enjoy your NFT and show it off to the world!

      Pro tip: You can also embed or link to this NFT checkout and claim flow video to make the process even easier for first-time buyers.

       

       

      Adding an FAQ Section

      Help out your customers by including an FAQ section that addresses common questions and provides clarity. Here are some sample questions and answers that you can include:

       

      Q: How long will it take to receive my NFT after purchase?

      A: The process is usually quick but might take a few minutes due to network traffic. You'll receive an email notification once your NFT is ready for claim.

       

      Q: Can I use any digital wallet to store my NFT?

      A: Currently, we only support Solana-compatible wallets for NFT storage. Make sure your wallet is compatible before making a purchase.

       

      Q: How can I display my NFT once it's in my digital wallet?

      A: Most Solana-compatible wallets have an interface that allows you to view your NFT. You can also use various NFT galleries or platforms to display your NFT.

        

      Q: What if I don't have a digital wallet set up?

      A: No worries! We'll guide you through the entire process in just a few minutes.

       

       

      Adding these Sections to Your NFT Product Page

      To include these sections on your NFT product page, simply follow these steps in your Shopify admin:

      1. Go to Online Store > Themes > Customize.
      2. Select Products > Default Product.
      3. Choose your NFT by selecting "Change" (next to 'Preview')
      4. Select "Add Section" within the Template section
      5. Search for "Rich Text" and enter your overview and/or FAQ sections.

      Good to know: You can customize the positioning of the Rich Text section by dragging and dropping it using the six dots next to the section title.
