Great news for users of Single – you can now report your Fan Pack sales directly to Billboard! Read on to learn how to get started.
Step 1 - Get Approval from Billboard
To report Fan Pack sales, you first need approval from Billboard at least seven (7) days before your offer goes on sale.
To get approval:

Check out Luminate's most up-to-date Fan Pack rules and approval form here. You'll need a Music Connect account to access this.

If you can't access Luminate's Knowledge Base, email Luminate Client Services at music.clientservices@luminatedata.com.
Step 2 - Enable Fan pack Reporting in Single
Once Luminate approves your Fan Pack offering, the Single team will need to enable fan pack reporting in your Single account. Single requires at least 48 hrs advance notice to enable fan pack reporting in addition to your approval from Luminate.
Things to note:

Form submission does not automatically enable Fan Pack reporting. Our team will review your form and provide additional details and instructions to complete the setup.
- Fan pack reporting is not available in your account by default, Single support must enable it.
- Single requires at least 48 hrs advance notice to enable fan pack reporting in addition to your approval from Luminate.
