Resend NFT Claim Email
If a customer has bought an NFT from your shop but hasn't received the email to claim it, it might have landed in their spam folder. But don't fret – with Single, you can easily resend the claim email to the customer in case they missed it.
Steps
- Log in to your Single account.
- Click on Orders in the left sidebar.
- Search for the customer's order number or email address.
- Click the paper airplane icon to resend the claim email to the customer.
Tip: To change a customer's email, find the order, click the pencil icon next to their email address, update the email, and then click Save & Resend Links or Save & Close to send the claim email with the updated email to the customer.
