Resend NFT Claim Email

If a customer has bought an NFT from your shop but hasn't received the email to claim it, it might have landed in their spam folder. But don't fret – with Single, you can easily resend the claim email to the customer in case they missed it.


  1. Log in to your Single account.
  2. Click on Orders in the left sidebar.
  3. Search for the customer's order number or email address.
  4. Click the paper airplane icon to resend the claim email to the customer.

Tip: To change a customer's email, find the order, click the pencil icon next to their email address, update the email, and then click Save & Resend Links or Save & Close to send the claim email with the updated email to the customer.
