Resend NFT Claim Email
How to Resend Confirmation Emails to Customers Who Purchased an NFT
If a customer has bought an NFT from your shop but hasn't received the email to claim it, it might have landed in their spam folder. But don't fret! With Single, you can easily resend the claim email to the customer in case they missed it.
Steps
- Log in to your Single account.
- Click on "Orders" in the left sidebar.
- Search for the customer's order number or email address.
- Click the paper airplane icon to resend the claim email to the customer.
Tip: If you need to change a customer's email, simply find the order and click the pencil icon next to their email address. After updating the email, click "Save & Resend Links" or "Save & Close" to send the claim email with the updated email to the customer.
