Required Shopify Settings for Single Memberships

Before creating a Membership in Single, your Shopify store needs to meet specific requirements. This guide walks you through the necessary steps to:

    Step by step

    1. Setup a Supported Recurring Payment Gateway

    To enable recurring subscription fees, your Shopify store must use a compatible payment gateway. Supported options include:

    2. Enable "Classic" Customer Accounts

      1. Log in to your Shopify admin
      2. Go to Settings > Customer accounts
      3. In the "Accounts in online store and checkout" section, click Edit
      4. Under "Login experience," select "Show login link in the header of online store and at checkout"
      5. In "Choose which version of customer accounts to use," select "Classic customer accounts"
      6. Click Save

      3. Disable Shopify reCAPTCHA

        1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels
        2. Click Online store
        3. Click Open sales channel
        4. Click Preferences
        5. In the Spam protection section, uncheck to deactivate Google reCAPTCHA
        6. Save your settings
