How to Resolve Purchase Issues for Digital and Physical Albums on Shopify
Are your customers unable to purchase both digital and physical albums in the same transaction? Or is there an issue with the sale of physical albums altogether? You're not alone, and we're here to help!
A common error message associated with this issue is: "One or more items in your cart cannot be shipped to your region." This typically stems from a conflict within the shipping rate settings in your Shopify Admin.
Follow these steps to resolve this issue:
- Access Your Shopify Admin Settings
Navigate to your Shopify Admin panel and select the "Settings" tab, located on the bottom left of the sidebar.
- Go to Shipping and Delivery Settings
From the options available, click "Shipping and delivery".
- Manage Your Shipping Rates
Under the "Shipping" section near the top of the page, you'll see "Manage Rates" to the right of General Shipping Rates. Click on this option.
- Identify the "Not Shipping From" Section
Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you'll find a section titled "Not shipping from". You should see "Single - App" listed here.
- Add & Configure Rates
Click on "Add Rates" then select the "Use Same Rates" option and hit "Done".
- Save Changes
Lastly, click "Save" at the top of the page to finalize your changes.
