Add Your Livestream Event to Your Shopify Store

Make Your Livestream Easily Accessible in Your Shopify Store's Navigation

When you create a livestream event in Single, the app automatically performs two actions to improve accessibility:

  1. It create a special event page in your Shopify admin.
  2. It sends this page to anyone who bought tickets via their confirmation email.

To make it even easier for people to find your livestream, we suggest adding it to your store's main menu navigation. 

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Navigation.  

  2. Choose the menu you want to add the livestream to from the "Menus" section.

    • Tip: Pick a menu that's easy for fans to find.

  3. Hit "Add Menu Item" at the bottom.

  4. In the "Link" field on the right, click to see a dropdown menu.

  5. Choose "Pages" and then your event title.

    • Note: You can tweak how the link to the livestream will show up in the menu. We suggest calling it "Watch Livestream" or something else that makes it both both clear and accessible to fans.

  6. Click "Add" to insert the new menu item.

  7. Click "Save Menu" to confirm in your changes.

By following these steps, you'll make the livestream event page easily accessible to your fans, allowing them to navigate directly to it from your shop's navigation menu.
